AS my son is struggling with his results at school, and has Aspergers syndrome, epilepsy and dyspraxia, I am wanting to get a private English tutor to help him .
I was wanting someone who is used to teaching kids that have similar difficulties.
Can anyone recommend someone. He is 15 and has just taken some exams(GCSEs) .The results are not good.
He says he has tried his best and everyone is always going on at him saying he can do better( we all think he can, when he is motivated). I guess the hard part is that we really do not know what goes on inside his head .He realy finds it hard to concentrate.
The first day of the exams, he woke up early. He said he had a seizure in bed.I gave him the option og going/not going to school. He did go , but it is hard to see how he could concentrate enough to get through the exam and do well.
Even when he is well, he still has trouble listening long enough to take it all in and , as he has dyspraxia, he is the most disorganised person I know!
This is just a summary of his problems that a teacher will need to be aware of.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help

Hi,

I'm an English teacher and would be more than happy to give your son private tution. I have worked with many children with various disadvantages and have had very good results.

Let me know if you still want help.

Take care,
