We are hoping to buy a property in Renishaw but have been told by our solicitor that there is not an environmental certificate for the property. We arefinding it difficult to obtain satisfactory answers for our concerns. Has anyone else had this problem in Renishaw or other areas of Sheffield? If we continue with the purchase what problems may we have in the future? What does the certificate cover?
