My local friendly butcher is happy to make up whatever recipe I want when it comes to sausages.

Been there done that with quite a few different types, so on the lookout for something different.

Ideas anyone?

How about pork, basil and sundried tomatoes and parmesan? Or gammon and cheese? And lamb, rosemary and lemon works so well together it MUSt work in a sausage :suspect: Can you tell I like sausages as well? :hihi: Enjoy and let us know what you decided to go for! Edit: I've found this website with lots of recipes http://www.sausagelinks.co.uk/recipe_category.asp

I have had steak and kidney sausages on my menu before, they went really well.

years ago i used to get some roasted pepper and pork ones and they were delish, a bit like tomato but spicier with a richer flavour

wild boar sausages are also fabulous

Ooh these all sound delicious! Where is this local butcher of yours??

I've had sausages with sundried tomato & basil, which were lovely
