When receiviing and sending pm's I get a fatal errror message.
Can anyone tell me what this is about and how to rectify it.

Email Geoff Hazel - Its probably just a teething problem from the server switch over. The text at the top of the forum does still say that email features (including PMs) are currently not working.

Me too! I thought I'd broken something.

Just to back up what Tracie says, there are still some teething problems.

I've been pretty lucky so far with PMs and stuff on that I've been receiving and able to send since yesterday evening, but some folks have had problems.

Actually, the problem is when you send a PM to someone who has their configuration set so as to send an e-mail to them when they receive a PM on the Forum, or to email them when a thread they're contributing too is posted to.

At the moment the email part of the server isn't behaving properly, so if the Forum software tries to use email it can't. If you're using PMs and PMing people who AREN'T wanting to get a mail when they're PMd, then I believe the PMs will go through.

Normal service will be ersumed as soon as possible!
