hi, Ive just had a new fence put up and now Im moving. is it worth having the fence taken down and put up at the new house {just taking the panels, not the posts obviously} Im onlyy asking cause Im really scratching for cash. Also is there anyone out there who might do this for me and could they give me a quote (itas to take 6 5 ft panels down and re erect them ta

I think you might find that the people buying your house expect the fence to be part of whatever they are buying. If someone took the panels out of a fence I'd expect the cost of replacing them to be knocked off the price of the house.

A mate of mine moved into a house and they had taken all light switches/ plug sockets off and replaced them with cheap plastic ones and had even removed all the light bulbs!:lol: I suppose as long as you make it clear on the paper work that you are removing the fence there should be no problems

If the sale of your house has been agreed, then you are not allowed to remove parts of the house and sell them :)

It will just get knocked off the sale price when the buyer finds out and it will no doubt cost you more than the fence panels would have..
