I've just realized that tomato's are making my IBS worse :cry:

Is there anything I can get as a substitute? For spag bol etc for example

How are you with peppers? I don't think they'd be a direct substitute (too strong), but maybe some of those roasted, skinned and blended and mixed with a little veg stock might do.
