After finding out the diffusers are £18 :gag: I just made my own from rubbish from under the sink.

I found a cussins handwash refill bottle and applied the trusty dremmel to it.

I didn't think you you had been joking on the other thread, I have used similar, the worrying thing is that you have managed to amass a group of miniature 'toy' soldiers, Ross Kemp from Ultimate Force seems to be there plus a guy eating a chicken????

Most of the top shelf are as they were sold to me, the rest i have made from scratch like the scale model of me, the British soldier in green camo sporting the Duke of Wellingtons DZ flash.

Absolutely amazing, I have never seen anything like it!, they are fantastic, you have a real talent (both making them and taking photos of them)

Do you have the flash head pointing straight forward or up at an angle ? If you bounce of the ceiling you may get some light behind the soldiers and reduce the shadows from their guns etc :)

Your originals are best, now you are tring too hard me thinks, the original ones had been taken without 'fiddling' and trying to change things, clarity at the time.
