my k850 has decided to play funny buggers with me, i was playing a mp3 threw the media player and the phone just basicly died on me when i pressed the stop button all the lights went off and the screen went blank its done this a few times before but it usally restarts its self and is fine but this time it just stayed blank so i took the battery out and turned it on now all i get is the light on the buttons come on and so does the one on the cams round thing and thats all ive even given it a few hours and still the same thing. im thinking its a firmware fault. does anyone know if its possable to repair it at home or should i take it to the o2 shop and how do i stand about getting it fixed threw my network its only 5 months old but i did not get any insurance on it

i did not get a reciept i odered it from the o2 website

Ask the website for the reciept. you must have it.

My OH has had 3 of these phones they turned themselves off constantly even when fully charged i have found a way around it so she's now happy

But it K850i model is being discontinued for some reason. I'm looking forward to my upgrade to the C902 or should i wait for the C905???

I just tried something that seemed to work, a lucky guess i suppose. I thought it maybe a software problem when you boot up the SE phones its asks you if you want normal/flight mode. Just disable the flight mode option menu>settings>general>flight mode>don't show

after i did that her phone doesnt switch off when it wants anymore :thumbsup:
