Topic.

Bought a couple of Gamecube games on eBay based on the Wi''s complete backward compatibility to GC games and hardware recently, I also bought a second hand GC memory card from CEX but now all my GC games are telling me the memory card's full and can't save games and that I should go to the memory card management options to clear data.

Can you do this on a Wii in compatibility mode?

Certainly can, through memory settings.

Also - I hope to be back on Weds Lunchtimes at HBS in Sept (health permitting!)

Cool, Alan Burt says he'll be back from next week, I just need a word with Foxy to see if anyone's doing this week, but the man never has his bloody phone on! :loopy:

On topic, I managed to clear the memory card, only thing stopping me playing GC games now is the fact that the cheap GC controller I bought on eBay doesn't work! And I've only had the ruddy thing a fortnight!

In this case, eBay wasn't your friend.

You may have been better off buying one from Gamestation or something.. at least you'd have a warranty.. Can't you return it to the seller? Is it a business they're selling from or just private?
