Has anyone seen the star realting to the flasher. This guy has been continuously flashing at women for 39 years.

It took 26 years of continuos flashing for him to receive his first jail sentence and he has continued on his release and now has a 16 month term to serve (probably out for Xmas!)

But what amazes me more - the judge has banned him 'from exposing himself wearing womens clothes' - I didn't know it was legal!!

Gobsmacked!
