I'm interested to know about the relationship between house prices in the sheffield central area and the regeneration programme. How much have prices increased since the 'luxury apartments' sprung up? What about prices in surrounding areas?

Are prices completely out of reach of many first time buyers, and if so is there anywhere people on 14-18k can afford?
