You actually recognised Hai Haidong in the street? Was he wearing a t-shirt saying "Hi I'm Hai Haidong"?

Not being a daft racist, but...how did you know it was him?!

That Hai Haidong fella went back to China about 4yrs ago, i'd be very surprised if you saw him.

I saw Billy Sharp down Eccy Rd a month or so ago, i apparently stood next to Richard Wood and Mark Beevers in the Crystal Bar a couple of months ago truth is i wouldn't recognise either of em if they came round to my house on bob a job.

Ere we are i knew i wasn't seeing things
Hao Haidong (郝海东, May 9, 1970, in Qingdao, Shandong) is currently helping out at Chengdu Blades, the Chinese club recently purchased by Sheffield United Football Club in the Football League Championship. Although transferred to the Sheffield outfit in January 2005, he made little impact, suffering from injury, and worked mainly as a coach at the Academy.

If it was 4 years ago when he left he never arrived lol

My mistake he made an appearance for us in 2005 and i presume as he's now with Chengdu he probably spends time over in Sheffield as well.

Saw Michael Tonge in Sommerfield, but that was years ago. More recently Hai Haidong, he lives up near my old school, saw him walking around his garden anyway - recognised him because ive seen his picture, but never seen him actually play!

Hugh Grant sat next to me in Gatwick Airport at baggage collection, hes not a footballer, but its my claim to fame.
