Anyone know where i can get reasonable priced solid wood or engineered wood flooring from in the Sheffield area? I can remember i manage to get some in my last place (i think it was called engineered flooring) a couple of years ago for £23 per sq meter (from Wickes i think). I've just had a look around the local DIY stores (Wickes, Homebase and B&Q) and there's was nothing cheaper than £38 per sq meter... and to be honest the quality didnt look as good as what i'd bought last time round.
I'm after the solid wood topped stuff... kinda in between solid wood and laminate. Also, i want the gluessless stuff which clicks together. Im also after oak vaneered skirting to go with the flooring too. B&Q are charging £40 for a pack of 4!!! Im sure i didnt pay this much in my last place. Have prices realy changed this much?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've not followed the price of this for some time but for a good selection have a look in Riverdale flooring at the bottom of Herries Rd opp Wednesday ground.

I'm sure that the solid wood flooring I've got my eye on in B&Q is around £34 psm and it is good quality. They sell it in packs larger than 1m so each pack is around £45/£47 which is misleading. If you know someone over 60 with a B&Q card they can get 10% off on Wednesdays which makes a fair difference on a large amount.
thanks for the suggestions ;)
taking the boss (wife) to checkout the wood floor centre @ darnall tomorrow.
