We're getting married at the end of July this year, and looking for a romantic cottage to rent for our honeymoon, Does anybody know of any around Derbyshire/Lake district/ North Yorkshire?

Have you tried English Country Cottages? Always found good high standards when we've used them... not sure if there is any 'honeymoon' ones but it's worth a look!

Hey Dolls, All the very best. There are loads of cottages all over the place. If you have a car, drive out to castleton, park in the main car park and have a walk round the village. There are usually numerous cottages to let. Also in other villages in Derbyshire. Seek and ye will find.

We've used several cottage companies over the years. The best one we've come across is www.ruralretreats.co.uk
Biased towards the Cotswolds but properties all over.
