Can anyone let us know, when after buying your council house for discount, how long you have to live in it before you can sell it on, without losing out on dicount.

I have just found it on the sheffield council site, 1st year you have to pay full discount, 2nd year 66 percent and 1 third on the third year. Thanks anyway im nearly on my third year so thats a small profit when I sell.:thumbsup: |
