I'm due to pop up to sheffield house hunting in a week.

Firstly I have spotted several nice houses on reed rains, could anyone tell me if they are as bad as Blundells for underpricing, as I'm not sure if I am wasting my time again. Hopefully they will still be on the market when I arrive.

Also have been looking in general at the Hillsbourough/Walkley area, but I have spotted something that looks promising on Firth Park. Any opinions on the area and also average prices that rooms let out for round there would be most appreciated.
