Was trying to find a room in a shared house for a sixth month contract from the 1st July 2005. However, I haven't had much luck so far!

So was just wondering if anyone in the same situation wants to look together? Would like to live with maybe two other people. I am 24 and studying for a Masters, but also work. I am tidy and clean, bit fed up of living in scruffy student type houses...! I am sociable and enjoy nights out, but also happy with quiet night in.

I am probably looking to pay between £200 - £250 a month.

hi! i too am looking for somewhere from this july-also for about £200-£250 a month. I went to uni then came back and am living with the parents but feel its time to move out again. am pref looking for somewhere in crookes but will consider other areas. has to have good bus links as i am currently learning to drive so dont have my own transport. I posted yesterday on the Wanted section however i should have looked here first.

Basically my housemate is moving out at the end of June and i need a housemate to take the room. It's a large room in a large house situated in the heart of Crookes (Cross Lane). It's close to all the shops and bus stops. It also has fantastic views across the city and would be perfect for a professional or post grad student. And it's fully furnished too.

The rent pcm is £275 however im willing to take £250. There is a bond obviously to pay as well. The bills that we have had so far have not amounted to much so this is a fantasic opportunity for anyone who is looking to move in.

I work most of the week so im quiet company.

I will have 2 rooms in my new 4 bedroom house which will be ready in july. I am looking to let out 2 rooms to clean and tidy people. Will have all mod cons and I am out of the country 50% of the time and so trustworthy people are required. The house is situated walking distance from the Meadowhall interchange.

The house is built on 3 levels and the two rooms available will be on the second floor. Thats all that is on the 2nd floor. The house is on Merton Lane.
