Hi

Me and my partner are thinking about getting married next week in the registry office.

Can anyone tell me how long the vows are because i am a really nervous person and speaking in front of people is really not a strong point of mine, but if there is only a couple of lines then i might feel comfortable with it.

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks

Karen xx

the whole thing is only a few minutes long, every line you have to say is either repeating what they tell you to, or answering questions (eg do you take......I do)
Good luck!

Oh thats good then, i think i should be able to manage a few repeated lines.

Thanks Honey

hi just looking down the wedding threads as it brings back wonderful memories of my wedding day three years ago, we got married at the registry office i made a complete mess of my wedding vows i was so nervous i completly messed up one line the registrar was wonderful and helped me get over my nerves so dont worry you will be fine

before i married someone said to me enjoy and savour every minute as the day goes so quickly and it did so enjoy every minute and enjoy feeling special there is no feeling like it. i hope your day is perfect and you enjoy your special day (and hope you dont mnd me sticking my nose in )
