From the BBC news:
"Experts in China created embryos using eggs from two women and sperm from a man, a fertility conference in the United States has heard."
You can find the full story here. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3189718.stm)
As a parent myself I can understand peoples desire to have their own kids but I can honestly say that if we had not been able to have kids then we'd have just adopted.
Does anyone else think it's a bit sick to put so much scientific time, money and effort into this when disease is killing millions each year and there are millions of parentless kids crying out for homes?
