What is your favourite type of bread?

Recommended Posts

I prefer french sticks, crusty cobs or ciabatta to normal sliced bread. I do like breadcakes on occasion too, full of salad preferably (with prawns ).

A new proper craft baker has just moved into the village bakers shop in Hartill and his bread is lovely.

Freshly baked white bloomer is my favourite - cut into thick wedges with some butter and homemade jam - yum yum.

I have only been eating bread again since last Sept - so I have phases whilst I find nice new breads to eat.

At the moment I am hooked on Warburtons Milk Roll - I love the thin slices covered in butter and peanut butter or marmalade (just found I like this too - I didn't before, it was :gag:) :hihi:

Fresh bread is just lush, a crusty granary cob even better. I have a bread machine but can't use it that much because it is just too easy to eat if when it's ready. Fresh warm bread and marg mmmmm.

Morrisons farmhouse bread is nice. The best you can get in a S/M imo.
