It's been announced today that Blackburn defender Andy Todd will face FA violent conduct charges for his elbow to the face of Arsenal's Robin van Persie.

I thought for a minute that he was going to get away with it, I was expecting him to be charged yesterday. From the replay it looks all innocent, but my take on the matter and knowing Todd's history for such incidents makes me think that Todd did a very good job of making it look like an accident. For me it was deliberate and I think it's right that he gets charged.
