Wanted: A 2 bed house for exchange to a modernised 3 bed end terraced in Walkley. Reason for moving is to downsize as we no longer require 3 bedrooms.

We are interested in Walkley, Crookes, Wisewood and Stannington Village but would consider others if nice area and house.
