JoJo77 13-07-2008, 02:39 PM I am going to be a mature student at Collegiate Campus on Ecclesall Road in Sept and need a house for myself , partner and six year old son. It cannot be a mid terrace as my partner has lived in one with bad neighbours both sides before and ideally would have a garden and easy parking. A cellar for storage would be really good too. We can afford up to 550 pcm and would need a long term rental.
I am very houseproud and we have very good credit ratings, so the rent would always be paid on time and in full.
Can anyone help please?

I've already PM'd you regarding a message u left on my post but just thought I'd let u know a few more details as have come across some of ur own posts about transport etc. The buses in foxhill run very frequently from 5am until nearly midnight and wouldn't take much longer than 45 mins to get to ecclesall road.
Although we've no off road parking u can park right outside the garden gate or at the side of the house.
The next door neighbours are a middle aged couple with no children and are very quiet but friendly.
As its our first time letting a property we'd like to set a 6 month contract initially with a view of extendng provided all goes well and the tenants are respecting the house etc.

scholey 30-09-2008, 05:41 PM Hello, we have a large semi-detached house on Montrose Rd in S7 which will be available end of Oct. It has two large bedrooms and a smaller one which is nice for a study. A new bathroom and kitchen was put in two years ago. Theres a garage with off road parking and a nice garden to explore at the back and side.
