My mountain bike was stolen from my works car park on the corner of Wilkinson Street and Wilkinson Lane S10 on wednesday the 13th of April.

It's Santa Cruz Chameleon in distinctive Lime Green with colourful red Panaracer tyres. If you do see anyone riding a bike of this description in the area then please contact me via personal message on this system or the police on 2202020 quoting crime ref F-48278. Don't forget to leave your name and a contact address so I can get in touch.

I know it's a long shot but someone must have seen the guys who stole it as they were no more than kids and probably don't even know what theyve got.

I originally posted this in the For Sale section but decided it could do with a little more exposure.

After questioning some kids down at the skatepark on devonshire green apparently it has been seen in the Heeley/Meersbrook area being ridden by a youth named Ashley Mintell/Minsell? Something along those lines. Anyway, sorry to clog up the message board but i'm desperately lost without my transport!

Thanks,

Joe Stenson.

The gets you cant have anything these days...

I know you'll be counting on getting your bike back and i hope you do but if you are wanting a bike i am thinking about selling mine.

I bought it about two months ago with my boyfriend from this cycle place near Bramall Lane - in an erge to keep fit but i have only been on it once.

its in the garage and wasting space and im churning as ive blown 300 quid for nothing.

I dont know whats its called but it looks nice and the guys at the shop said its a decent bike.

Ill find out the name if you like?

If not no worries x x

p.s good luk :-)

bikes get stolen all the time. Mostly not by kids. Seen so many men bringing bikes into different pubs seeling them for 5-50quid, sad really.

Not too nice to put someones name on here, half likely the kids you were chatting to were lying.

Sorry for you getting stuff stolen.
