Hi, just wondering what the average is these days? I am considering renting out my attic (big room & own bathroom) for a 3-4 nights during the week. I thought I would take the full time rental price and half it. We are in a good area in a big edwardian house, all mod cons etc. I have 2 people interested (commuters who just want weekday stay) through my work so just need to work out how much to charge.
