I need an electrician who can assess the electrics in a property I am looking to rent out, and need someone who is NCIEIC registered.

you should be able to use any electrician as long as he is with a scheme,

niceic,corgi,napit,selecsa & ECA etc .. all the work will be to the same standard and accepted by insurance companies etc.
