Cheers :) Stephen scot 10-07-2008, 16:40 Hi Danny did you get my message, that is what i charge but do not know how much an accountant charges, if i did yor books you would still need an account to sign of your year end. shirker 10-07-2008, 16:42 PM me if you'd like some accounting done Cheers martini 10-07-2008, 21:33 Hi Danamy You should expect to pay anything from £8 to £25 per hour for a bookkeeper and a professionally qualified accountant would be looking for at least £25 per hour. However, the market is competitive and you should look for a fixed price deal that gives you exactly what you want. Ask 2 or 3 people to quote (no obligation, no charge). There are a few who post on these boards - search for accountant :) Ian Thompson 11-07-2008, 16:52 I have been a Chartered Accountant for too many years and will offer an hourly rate or a fixed fee quote but any fee will ONLY be fixed if the job is as described. I will always give a free, no obligation first meeting. If interested ring 01142646467 or 07812481906 or try ian@ianbthompson.co.uk. PS: Don't go for the lowest fee unless you have good nerves! Liquid1 14-07-2008, 16:19 Probably not what you want, but with Liquid Accounts, you can do a great deal of it yourself and work with your accountant to save time and money. this is what Accounting Web thought of us-not bad eh?
