Did anyone else shed a tear (or 20) when watching Hollyoaks last night. My cousin walked in and told me I was pathetic for cryin and then was crying herself 2 minutes later!!

I was bawling my eyes out from start to finish!!!!

I cried 'Why can't they put this crap on CBeebies along with the other kiddies stuff?'

I didn't see it, but I can imagine it could have induced vomiting more than crying.

I completely broke down.....thank god there was no-one around to see me!

I was crying my eyes out when he dies, and I cannot watch funerals at the best of times - but since I went to one in January I start blubbering as soon as they are mentioned. I'm SUCH a loser!

On Monday the issue is rape. On Tuesday it's bullying. On Wednesday it's drugs. On Thursday it's getting pregnant, aged 9 and on Friday it's sexual ambiguity.

Like I say, it's on the wrong channel at the wrong time. Either put it on CBeebies where its target audience will see (and let's not forget, learn) from it, or put it on at 3 in the morning.

Agreed with the age thing. I've watched it from day 1 and don't think I'll ever stop even though some of the story lines are crazy.

As for Max's funeral, I'm crying as I type. So sad :(

I've watched it from day 1 too which I think is kinda why the funeral today made me cry so much. I was ok until I saw Tom, OB and other men crying.

i had a lump in my throat. the thing is with soaps when you cry its not usually because you're crying for the dead character as you know its not 'real' more that it reminds you of experiences from your own life.
whenever I see a funeral in a soap, it just reminds me of when my grandad passed away and thats whay I feel sad and get teary!

Oh and the ending titles were a nice tribute to Max and OB.

I think I know what you are talking about. I was reading some spoilers on another site and there was a picture and even that reduced me to tears - before he had even died!! Haha!

I'm not looking forward to tomorrows then. Can't be doing with all this crying lol

He was on E4 the other week and he said that he is going back to Hollyoaks to be a director. Maybe he just wanted a change.
