Ideally we want somewhere with good transport links to M1/Parkway coz am fed up of travelling through town every day to get to work (I work in Rotherham). Must have a minimum of 2 beds and parking as we both have cars. Willing to pay £550pcm although might be able to stretch to £600 for the right place! Unfurnished would be best also. It is in Catcliffe which is 2 mins from M1 j33 and 10 mins to Sheffield and Rotherham city centres.
There is 1 allocated parking space but we had 2 cars when we lived there and parking is not a problem either in the visitors spots or on the road outside.
It is part furnished and going for £515 pcm.
