I'm getting both the above agents to value my house in the next few weeks. Has anyone used either for selling and if so, what's your opinion? Whitehornes state their fees (fixed fee) on their website but what are the fees for Baldersons? Obviously they will tell me when they come out but it's good to know what others paid, for negotiation if needed.

Also, can anyone recommend any other estate agents that are good to sell with?
