Hi,
We are a professional couple who are looking for the following from beginning of Sep:
-2 bedroomed flat or house situated in Ecclesall, Broomhill, Fulwood, Crookes area.
-Willing to pay up to £520 rent pcm
-we also have a very well trained cat
-space to park car if possible
We would greatly appreciate any help with this!

I have just posted on the available section. 2 bedroomed house in crookes (Marston Rd). Its on the road parking Im afraid but it is not a permit area and we have never had a problem. The landlord hopes to do it up over august and it will be available from Sept 1st. It might be a good one for you as we currently have rabbits so he might be willing to accept a cat. Its £525 at the moment and he said it would be roughly the same. Its furnished as well with a garden.
