its on rightmove knocked as much off the price as we can,
is there anywhere else we can advertise the house??

Rightmove is the biggest selling tool IMO, you'd have to ask your agent to see if there are any other sites you could go on.

SF obviously.

If it's on vebra/rightmove/the other main ones you can't do much more and any serious buyer these days would find it via that route if they were truly interested.

Not all agents are on vebra, it all depends what software they use in the offices.

There are a few in Sheffield that use it.

as others have already mentioned rightmove is by far the most popular search site, however heres a couple others for you to look at:

drop it on ebay .. and charge at 1p a viewing .. so you dont get charged to advertise it . :)
