I need a Corgi registered gas person to assess the gas appliances in a property I am looking to rent out. The appliances are boiler, fire and hob.
The house is in the High Green area, and ideally I need this doing next week/ the week after.
Any takers? Please contact by PM with costs/ contact details

Landlords Gas Safety Certificate is whats required. Legally required to have all the gas appliances checked on an annual basis and a copy of the certificate has to be left on view for the tenants.
Whoever does it make sure that you check their CORGI card. On the back it "ticks" all appliances that he/she can work on. Quite alot of gas fitters have dropped 'fires' from their cards. Majority of landlords have removed and capped off fires when converting rooms to bedrooms plus having central heating.

If Every one Else is busy please try me;)
I do a lot of landlords certs.
As Complete heat mentions please check the card of who ever you use, as i have noticed lately that customer aren't that bothered when you show corgi card. When they should be the are made for the customer safety.
We (gas fitters) pay a lot of money each year to corgi. sorry rant over.
