The sound of the summer is here. 2008 was widely held by many as the year bassline hit the mainstream, and the experts weren't wrong! Clubland has seen many huge tunes already, all reverberating to the heavy bass sounds the genre is renowned for and igniting the dancefloors from across scenes.
But everyone knows that well before the sound became cool and the latest buzzword, Reflective were out there bringing in the goodness week in week out. Such was the length of time ago that this was being churned out that it even predates Plug in itself as a club, the original Reflective being kick started in the former venue Zero in the early throes of the twenty first century. And for one night only Reflective will be harking back to that halcyon era by bringing back the whole Zero cast for an evening of speed garage anthems and bassline house classics!
Helming the good ship Reflective is the man behind the brand, the indomitable Martin Leverton. As the owner of the shop that the clubnight takes its name from and the silk voiced microphone maestro that has been dropping the bombs that have defined the night, no one is better placed to represent everything the club is about. He's joined by a scintillating support cast, Tex, GBH, DJ Veteran and D-No among them, who will be all ensuring that the party froths with the sounds and beats that have made Reflective what it is.
