Two females looking for third housemate, Student or Professional. We live at Malin Bridge just outside hillsborough on Loxley New Road.

You will be sharing with myself who will be starting uni in September and another female who is working. We have a couple of dogs and some cats who love a fuss.

We will accept smokers although smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. We will also consider people with pets.

We have a tram service every 10mins and bus every 5mins.

Hillsborough shops are about 5minutes walk which includes a couple of supermarkets, post office, takeaways and pubs.

The room is furnished with a double bed, some shelving, drawers, TV and fixed wall cupboards. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge, conservotory and yard.

Rent is £250 which includes council tax and water.
