I've done a search but nothing has come up, I thought ftp had been discussed before.

I have been using the FTP built into Adobe Dreamweaver for a while, but recently it has been losing connection when uploading.

What is the best FTP software around at moment in your opinion?

SmartFTP, FireFTP (firefox extension) although discontinued, leechftp, everyone on heres favourite seems to be filezilla

What I use too, no problems, no nag screens etc. :)

I'm using CuteFTP, works great for me.

WinSCP (http://winscp.net/eng/docs/screenshots) for me. Does both FTP and SFTP/SCP and is easy to use. I primarily use it due to it's SFTP functionality though.

I also go with WinSCP.

I would have voted for CoreFTP, but recently discovered FileZilla which I think I'll stick with now.

another vote from coreftp for me. Others seem toi be everly complicated and slow.

My favourite non-free is easily FlashFXP, but my favourite free is FileZilla!
