Went to Platillos at Leopold Sqaure last night and had wonderful tapas. My favourite dish was padron peppers cooked in oil and sea salt. They were as addictive as Pringles! I really wanna make them at home, but don't think I've seen the peppers anywhere, anybody know?
Thanks!

You can get it from here http://www.delicioso.co.uk/shop/ALL/ALL/PIMIENTOS+DE+PADRON+375g+-+Fresh+green+Padron+peppers+from+Galicia , looks cheaper than the devon one as well. They are lovely, been tempted to order some myself!
They were handing out free samples in Waitrose last week, roasted in oil with sea salt added. I thought they were quite nice, the Indian looking bloke who tried one after me loudly declared "very nondescript flavour"
