Hi Lily, the Trigon is next to my block of flats, and from what I've seen it appears to be a nice block, done by the same developers derwent liivng, that mine was built, roughly same time. The grounds are entirely secure, with a security guy and reception which i believe is manned most of the time, and as far as the furnishings and fixtures go, they are identical to the ones in the regular flats over the road to rent, so pretty modern, they are also letting out flats in the cube over the road, which i figure may be less 'studented' than the dedicated block- you can find them by googling derwent living for more info, as they run both the trigon, the cube and a few others.

Re area, it is in S1, in Shoreham Street, near all the local amenities and in a relatively well lit area, better for hallam university than uni of sheffield, but both are accesible with a 10-15 min walk to tram stop or buses readily available.

Sorry I don't know how the housing agency deal solely with student tenants on their books, but I'm literally 10 meters from the block myself, so can vouch for it a little!

Hope that helps! :D
