Where can I find out bus routes on-line? Is there somwhere that i can type in my journey (ie. I want to go from X to Y - what bus do I need?) and it will kick out the answers?

I may have dreamt this, but I'm sure there used to be a site that would do this - I been searching but cant find it. Any ideas anyone?
