Good afternoon everyone ,
was wondering if anyone has any ideas to help me .... you see my cat is on heat , she's getting the snip in a couple of weeks but for the moment she is being highly annoying. All last night and now today while i have been sat here , she keeps jumping on the back of the chair and trying to *ahem* rub herself on the back of my head . If she can't get near my head she trys my feet. Its driving me CRAZY. she won't get the message. now i don't want to have to lock her in a room on her own or anything , and she would just miaow at me a lot until i got fed up and opened the door again ... then she'd be back trying to get it on with me. And before any one even suggests it i am not going to 'help' her either. ewww. So ...... any suggestions?

Buy one of those water sprays for plants, fill it with cold water and spray the cat whenever sshe does it. Been using the same technique on my young puppy to stop jumping up at people, on furniture, etc and it works a treat! Now we don't even have to spray - she stops when she sees us reaching for it!

Must say tho Zombiekillah - you gotta win the prize for most intriguing and funny thread title of the month! Hope the mods don't change it like they changed this thread

thanks msbehavin :) i will give it a try. thing is i don't mind her jumping up at me for a cuddle , shes only just gained the confidence to do so , but trying to rub her back end on the back of my head is a different thing altogether ! can't wait to get her snipped and stop this nonsense . If i could afford to and was responsible enough to deal with pregnant cats and kittens i would let her out to find herself a nice big tomcat ;) I do feel sorry for the poor kitty , shes not interested in playing or eating treats or anything now , all she wants to do is sexually harass me . or whine . constantly . all day . oh the joys of spring eh! ;)

update : the cat has left me alone for the past hour or so , yipeeeeeee ! am not sure if she has taken the hint or is just asleep though....

EWWWW. she hasn't come near me since i sprayed her with water :D but is being very vocal . miaoooow , miaoooooooooooooow , miaowwwwwwwwwwwwwww ..... all weekend long .... i'm the one with the headache , not her !
