I've only got one, as all I see is a great big area where there is meant to be Flash stuff happening. The biggest no-no in web design is no Flash on index pages IMO.

What sort of general services OOI?

I notice you say the web site is being updated. If i were you i'd make it more interactive. You want visitors to do something when they've visited the site, to jump around pages and hopefully generate some leads. For example you could use things like "quote this reference to get XX% off the total price of gardening work" That way you know how much the site is working for you.
