Hiya im not sure how to go about this but was wondering if anyone knew any estate agents that would take on DSS im desperate to get out of my current home but have been waiting to get offered a new place for almost 8 months now and nothing seems to be happening so im considering looking at private rentals.

I want to stay in the s2 area so as not to uproot my two children, one of who is disabled.

Saw your advert and I have got a house available in S2, Manor Oaks Drive to be exact. The houses there are pretty good as they are only 10 years old. No problem to your situation about DSS. I have been vetted by the City Council department that offers homeless people houses so you can pressure them if you are already on the list. House is furnished, two car driveway, garden front and back as well as fully paved road.

Am aware that housing benefit for three bedroom is £520 a month but will be happy if you arew prepared to top up, even it means £50 extra, it will go a long way in this bad patch of housing crisis.

The house is 3 bedroom with separate kitchen, dining and lounge. Two double beds and wardrobes included in rentals.
