The Red Deer just off West Street has a large function room upstairs.
Its undergoing re-furbishment and will be launching a new down to earth cooking - menu in the next few weeks.

Depends on what sort of location you're looking for. What type of goods you're wanting to auction. What type of clientel you're hoping to attract. What day of the week, time of day and duration. Do you and/or the premises comply with applicable licensing laws.
