Hi, i'm looking for a 2 bed house or apartment on or around ecclesall road or up towards the botanical gardens etc.
Preferably furnished or part furnished and needs to have parking, and i'd prefer it to have 2 Double bedrooms.
Looking to pay £400 to £600 pcm and would be looking to move in between now and the beginning of July.
If you're representing an estate agent with rediculous 'admin' fees then please don't reply to this thread. Otherwise, if you know of anything please let me know by PM. Pictures are always a massive bonus as i'm incredibly busy and viewings are difficult to get to so I wouldn't want to waste my time on a studentesqe dive :)
I'm a non smoking professional with no pets so that should tick most of the boxes.
