I work in the city centre and enjoy walking to work, so it would need to be within a couple of miles of S1. My partner works near Weston Park, so the ideal location would be to the west of the city centre.
We’re looking for furnished, but would consider unfurnished.
No pets, non-smokers, both work full time, and are quiet and tidy. We can leave our current contract with four weeks notice so would be able to move quickly.

Our daughter has just completed her Law degree and so a 2BD 2nd floor fully furnished apartment is available towards the end of the month. This is a newbuild only being just over 12months since we purchased. Has a well fuited kitchen with full range of appliances. The master bedroom has ensiute shower facilities. The hall is large enough to double up as a study. The apartment comes with one carpark space for underground parking. We are thinking of going to a letting agency but if you two are the ideal occupants we could forego going through an agency. We are in Manchester but shall be in Sheffield Tue - Thu next week.
