Just installed Vista SP1 and it has shrunk all the text & the web pages to half size.I have tried altering the text size but I still only fills half of the screen with the web pages.Can anyone give me an explanation or have I got to uninstall it again?

If it's just when you're browsing with Internet Explorer, hold down the Ctrl key and use your scroll wheel on your mouse to bring it back to 100%. (it tells you the size in the bottom right hand side of the browser)

If you have no wheel mouse, hold Ctrl and use the + and - to scale it.

I have done that but it just makes the fonts bigger & I loose some of the web page.

I've not got Vista in front of me right now but it could be something to do with the resolution your PC is sending out to the monitor could be too high, making everything look way too small.

I think you right-click anywhere in free space on the desktop and left-click personalise, then somewhere you can alter the resolution.. probably in visual appearance or something..

Done that and still no different.Looks like I will have to uninstall it again,but thanks a lot.
