I live in the longley hall estate. I have a one bedroom flat nicely decorated. Situated on the second floor of a three storey block.

The area is aged banded.. mostly old ppl, so the area is very quiet.

Central heating, phone new carpets very clean,

Im looking for a 2/3 bedroom house or flat in the close areas. Preferably with a drive way.

You can contact me on 07881896892

I've been through the Longley Hall estate whilst travelling on the number 22 bus. They look okay; don't fancy your chances for swapping a one bed flat for a 2/3 bedroom one mind!

Good luck!

I'm not sure you'll get a reply from the OP, It is a seven-year-old thread, after all. And the last response was October 2003.

Hi, i have a 3 bed end house on the edge of Shiregreen, modernised last year and decorated throughout
upstairs new bathroom with toilet and shower over bath, 2 good sized bedrooms and one small one(has room for single bed small wardrobe and drawers).
downstairs good sized living room with electric fire(never used), new kitchen to fit a range cooker, washer, tall fridge/fridge freezer and dishwasher and also has a small breakfast bar and porch area all plastered with toilet and a coalhouse which fits 2 chest freezers and houses combi boiler.
outside just waiting for driveway with wall and railings to the front and we have a fenced off garden to the back with access to huge cellar under the house (that needs some work but has new window and door fitted)
Close to shops, bus routes and schools.

wanted large 3 or a 4 bed house would love to move towards my mum at loxley but im open to offers in other areas if close to relitives, friends, work, must be a house and have fenced off garden a driveway and a kitchen to house all appliances listed above and also in walking distance to a primary school.
