I'm 25 yr old female and I need somewhere new to live and with some intersting people if possible!

Looking in Hunters Bar, Fulwood, Greystones area really. Not city centre as I'd like somewhere close to a park if pos and not have to put up with busy traffic noise!

I'm clean and tidy and have a wide range of interests which keep me quite busy! I work 9-5 and would like to live with other professionals who are similar in tidiness and perhaps have interesting hobbies! I do not want to live with any psychos or nutters. Although slightly crazy people would be ok as long as they like to drink the odd glass of wine.

I would like to share with a maximum of 2 other people really as any more than this and bathroom/kitchen stuff becomes difficult.

I have a total budget of £400 per month and can move within a months notice.

If you think you have something which may be of interest please let me know as my current flat is doing my head in!

cheers,

chloe. :)

I've got a room for rent from mid-August that might suit you - it's a large attic room with adjoining study, so plenty of space & good for privacy. The rest of the house is large - there's a decent sized kitchen, living room with patio doors to the back garden, dining room & big bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms (one used as my study). It's in Hillsborough, so not really the areas you mentioned, but there are fantastic tram & bus links to everywhere in Sheffield and 3 parks within walking distance of the house! There are also tons of shops, restaurants etc nearby. We're on a quiet street with a nice garden out the back, and it would be sharing with me & my boyfriend (don't be put off sharing with a couple...we don't do arguing and we're not the sort of couple that's all soppy and ignores other people!). Have a look at our advert on spareroom.co.uk for tons of info and some pictures - http://www.spareroom.co.uk/flatshare/flatshare_detail.pl?flatshare_id=527715

If you have any questions or you want to come and have a look (no obligation!) then just send me a PM.

Hi, we have a house on Walton Rd (off Ecclesall Road - opp. Tesco). Its a stones throw from the beautiful Botanical Gardens (you can see the entrance form the house! and of course Endcliff Park is up the Rd). It is a lovely house (in fact I used to live there years ago! so decor is normal). Have just rented to a group of 3 friends - all young professionals (1 girl, 2 boys). The kitchen is huge, tonnes of storage with dishwasher and recently fitted. There is 1 family bathroom. 1 remaining double room is £60pw. Pls call Simon on 07746 646 206 for any further info/arrange a viewing or I check emails most evenings. Alternatively we have other doubles in shared houses that are chepaer in Hunters Bar area. Kind regards

The house has just been newly refurbished this year with laminate flooring, large fridge/freezer/dish washer/kitchen table, intercom and new alarm system and for security and leather sofas in the living room. Theres 3 bathrooms (one with a bath). The room has a sink, double bed, large mirror wardrobe, desk and brand new velux windows. The housemates are all girls, all very friendly, tidy and clean and all final year university students. The house is very close to the university, the gym and Broomhill for local shops and supermarket. There is a parking space outside the house and internet. The gym is just 5 minutes away along with easy access to public transport.
70 pounds a week (parking permit for the year and internet installation already paid for.)
