I am an amateur photographer and am interested in trying my hand at studio work. However, I have never used anything more than a couple of Nikon hot shoe flashes (off camera) and a blank wall. Does anyone know of anywhere (maybe a club) that would be a good place to have a go in a studio environment, and may be able to give advice on how to get the studio gear to work with my Nikon D80?
Hiring out a big professional studio sounds scary when I've never even been in one before, and expensive if I can't work out how to use it.

Try the Paul Hugger studio or Brightspace. They will help you with the equipment. Brightspace will not be able to provide a model though.

Hey everyone.

I'll be in Sheffield for 8 month (October - May- and I'm really interested in PHOTOGRAPHY and I mean films and studio works with filtered lights and stuff.

So I want to meet Photography Friends and some studio people in order to continue with my passion.

Fell free to help and guide me.

Thank you.
