Hi there, we are looking for a flat/house, minimum 1 bedroom for a 19 year old girl. Currently jobseeking, so housing benefit payment up to £395 per month. Will be paying full rent eventually once working. Anywhere considered, no shared accommodation. Any help would be much appreciated. :):):)

Please note, she would be happy to take on short term for a trial period for anyone unsure of letting to a 19 year old so that she can show she would look after the property :):) eg 6 months instead of 12 months :thumbsup:
